Net Insight works with technically complex, niche solutions — including a new type of network synchronization — that are hard to explain to a broad audience. They turned to Explainer to make the message land, producing an interview-style film and a short animated video about their Zyntai solution.
The process was transparent throughout: clear timelines, fixed costs, and an open dialogue. When Net Insight gave feedback, Explainer responded and also pushed back constructively when needed. The result works for both experts and newcomers alike.
The material has lasting value beyond launch. Shorter clips from the interview and still images are reused across sales materials, helping strengthen Net Insight's visual identity across channels.
